The whole world knows that Kim Jong Un is playing with fire when he starts his pansy-a** threats against the United States, but nothing outlines just how awesome our forces are until Mad Dog Mattis speaks on the issue. The Secretary of Defense is not one to mince words nor is he the type to wait too long to formulate a response to child-men bumping their gums with threats of nuclear attack.
I would personally love to see Mattis and Un in a face off. I predict that Un would last about 2.5 seconds before he passed clean out from fear. Un’s most epic mistake was placing a very clear threat on the American territory of Guam which is a heavily armed military installation that is now also protected by air and water. It would only take a mere second to react to anything that looked even remotely shifty from N. Korea for our men and women to lay a hammer down so hard that the world would feel the after-shock of it.
According to Young Conservatives :
Of all the people in the Trump administration, the one person dictators might want to shy away from (and listen to) would be Secretary of Defense James Mattis.
For starters, the man’s nickname is “Mad Dog.”
Secondly, Mattis is a four-star General. He knows a thing or two.
Here are Mattis’s thoughts on North Korea’s nuclear ambitions and their threatening of the U.S. and her territories…
From The Hill:
Defense Secretary James Mattis warned North Korea in stark terms on Wednesday that it faces devastation if it does not end its pursuit of nuclear weapons. “The DPRK must choose to stop isolating itself and stand down its pursuit of nuclear weapons,” Mattis said in a statement, referring to North Korea. “The DPRK should cease any consideration of actions that would lead to the end of its regime and the destruction of its people.”
Here’s the statement in full…
“The United States and our allies have the demonstrated capabilities and unquestionable commitment to defend ourselves from an attack. Kim Jong Un should take heed of the United Nations Security Council’s unified voice, and statements from governments the world over, who agree the DPRK poses a threat to global security and stability. The DPRK must choose to stop isolating itself and stand down its pursuit of nuclear weapons. The DPRK should cease any consideration of actions that would lead to the end of its regime and the destruction of its people.
President Trump was informed of the growing threat last December and on taking office his first orders to me emphasized the readiness of our ballistic missile defense and nuclear deterrent forces. While our State Department is making every effort to resolve this global threat through diplomatic means, it must be noted that the combined allied militaries now possess the most precise, rehearsed and robust defensive and offensive capabilities on Earth. The DPRK regime’s actions will continue to be grossly overmatched by ours and would lose any arms race or conflict it initiates.”
Be careful, Kim Jong-un. Step kindly. Mattis is watching you.
Go ahead Un, pull out your step-stool and let that mitten-clad hand hover over that button. Please do! We all are waiting with bated breath to watch you cause the complete and utter destruction of your own country. It won’t hurt for long; our missiles will makes sure that you don’t feel too much pain. Maybe!
On a serious note however, it would be a horrible mistake for Kim Jong Un to actually fire anything that could actually reach a land mass that is inhabited by civilians or military. He would have the worlds forces on his back so fast that he wouldn’t even know what happened. So, it is advisable to listen to what Mattis is trying to relay to the tiny dictator. Un has had numerous warnings and he seems hell bent on ignoring every single one of them. I often wonder what his advisors are thinking. They must be constantly torn between handing him his sippy cup and bashing him over the head to shut him up.
Hopefully Un will head the advice, and if not, well, may God have mercy because we won’t.
